Happy New Year! And welcome to another exciting training season with Spartan Tactical Training Group! Now that we are past the holidays, we are kicking into high gear and working to secure as many training sites as we can across the country to bring our training courses to you. We kick 2010 off starting with the 2010 SHOT SHOW in Las Vegas, Nevada. Come join us in Las Vegas and stop by the DS Arms booth to check out our new products for 2010! We're looking forward to another exciting training season and we hope you will join us at one of our classes.

NORTH SUBURBAN POLICE PISTOL LEAGUE - NSPPL
The North Suburban Police Pistol League (NSPPL) offers a variety of shooting venues to compete in, offering matches in Combat (both open and duty classes), bullseye, off-duty handgun, snub nose revolver, long range rifle and 3-gun. The NSPPL also conducts an Annual Awards Banquet at the end of each shooting season, recognizing the top shooters of the league in 6 ranking catagories for each venue. The NSPPL offers one of the most impressive prize tables in the shooting industry, with over 50 firearms given away every year! 32nd Annual SHOT SHOW - Las Vegas, Nevada
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division will be at the 2010 SHOT SHOW coming up in January 2010. The 2010 SHOT SHOW will be held at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 19 - 22, 2010. FOP Annual Safety Vest Day
FOP Chicago Lodge # 7 will once again host their annual Safety Vest Day vendor expo on February 17, 2010 at their main hall located at 1412 West Washington Blvd. Soft body armor vendors such as Diamondback, PACA, Point Blank, Safariland, Second Chance and many others, will have their products on display. These vendors will be showing the latest models of soft body armor available and will be taking orders, should you need to replace your current body armor. International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association - Annual Training Conference
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division are proud to announce that we will have a vendor booth on display at the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association's (ILEETA) 7th Annual Training Conference in Wheeling, Illinois April 19th – 24th, 2010. Courses we are presenting at the 2010 ILEETA conference include; the DS Arms FAL SA58 Rifle Armorer Course, the Defensive Duty Knife - Instructor Development Course and the Trauma Response for Firearms Instructors Course. These classes filled quickly last year so be sure to get your ILEETA registration in early! Last year’s conference sold out fast and registration was stopped at 750 students! ILEETA's Executive Director Harvey Hedden is saying that this year’s conference is going to sell out as well, and registration for 2010 will be stopped at 800 students. Get registered ASAP and be sure to stop by and see us!
Indiana SWAT Officers Association (ISOA) - 7th Annual Training Conference & Vendor Expo
Spartan Tactical and the DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division are proud to announce that we will have a vendor booth on display at the Indiana SWAT Officers Association (ISOA) 7th Annual Training Conference in Ft. Wayne, Indiana May 2nd – 4th, 2010. The DS Arms Law Enforcement Training Division will have SA58 .308 rifles, ZM4 5.56 rifles and TP9 9mm & .45 acp sub-machineguns on display for attendees to evaluate during the vendor expo. Spartan Tactical will be presenting the following classes at the ISOA 2010 Annual Training Conference; Rapid Deployment Pistol Operator Course, the Edged Weapon Deployment for SWAT Operators course and the Emergency Self-aid for SWAT Operators Course.
FOP Annual Firearms Safety Day
FOP Chicago Lodge # 7 will once again host their annual Firearms Safety Day vendor expo on May 26 - 27, 2010 at their main hall located at 1412 West Washington Blvd. Firearms manufacturers such as Beretta, DS Arms, Glock, Ruger, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory and many others, will have their products on display and will be offering FREE on-site preventive maintenance inspections of duty related weapons. 2010 Illinois Police Association - Combat Match
The Harvey Police Department will host Illinois Police Association combat and bullseye matches again in 2010 at the Harvey Police Department range in June. This match will also be co-sponsored by the North Suburban Police Pistol League. The June match date at Harvey PD range is set for - June 16th, 2010.
