VITA |
Tony is a Paramedic / Firefighter who works for the Joliet Fire Department. He also serves as a field preceptor for paramedic students and fulfills field training duties for new fire department personnel. He is currently working through nursing school pre-requisites with plans to work as a rotary wing flight nurse.
Prior to municipal service, Tony served in the United States Marine Corps where he was a heavy lift helicopter pilot with HMH-366 and MAG-29 with deployments to Afghanistan including coordinating Close Air Support (CAS), Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) and CASEVAC rotary wing assets.

Tony’s formal military education includes The Basic School officer training course, SERE school, and fixed and rotary wing flight school.
Tony currently serves with Spartan Tactical as a Tactical Medicine instructor for the Emergency Medical Response for Trauma Injuries program.
