Dawn is a certified instructor with the NRA for pistol, Refuse to Be a Victim and Personal Protection in the Home. She is also an NRA certified Range Safety Officer.
Dawn is also a certified USCCA Defensive Pistol Instructor, certified instructor for the Armed Women of America (Formerly The Well Armed Woman) and certified instructor for the Stop the Bleed
program.
Her
work specializes in women's training programs, teaching self-defense, Stop the Bleed, firearms safety, shooting fundamentals and gun-handling skills development since 2014.

She has attended numerous training programs with Spartan Tactical Training Group and currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Instructor, assisting with teaching defensive handgun and rifle courses, emergency self-aid / buddy-aid and Stop the Bleed training programs.
Dawn is also an active volunteer with her local Citizens Police Academy (CPA), Citizens Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Illinois Search and Rescue (ISAR). |
